Methods of generating CTL using fused cells formed by fusions between dendritic cells and non-dendritic cells (e.g., cancer cells), CTL generated by these methods, methods of treatment involving administering the CTL to mammalian subjects, methods of identifying peptides recognized by the CTL, a nd methods of inducing immune response in mammalian subjects involving administration of the identified peptides, or polypeptide antigens of which the peptides are fragments, to the mammals.
