PURPOSE: A cyber world is provided to use a cost and a profit for an advertisement and a publicity by manufacturing, providing and managing a homepage to a user without pay. CONSTITUTION: Free homepage is provided to members and the homepage are connected through a network for using living information. A system having basic information(finance, real estate, stock, commodity purchase, document preparation, public office, library, entertainments, amusement) is constructed. A user performs necessary works in one's homepage using related software on the Internet. Thus, the user performs general works without visiting portal sites. The required cost and profit are used as advertisement and publicity.
