PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a husking device which allows the change of specifications of an immature grain transporting section according to whether the sorting of immature grains is needed or not needed and which is high in marketability. SOLUTION: A whole grain transporting section 52 and the immature grain transporting section 64, etc., are disposed in a winnowing section 16 of the husking device 10 and a stop valve 70 is disposed in an aperture 94 of an immature grain transporting trough 66 of there sections. Then, the stop valve 70 is held operated in a market where the sorting of the immature grains is needed and the stop valve 70 is held closed in a market where the sorting of the immature grains is not needed. As a result, the changing of the specifications of the immature grain transporting section 64 according to whether the sorting of the immature grains is needed or not needed is made possible and the marketability may be enhanced.
