PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work support and transfer device capable of efficiently and easily performing the installation, working, and discharge of a work, reducing the size and installation area thereof, and being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This work support and transfer device comprises at least two work supporting and fixing jig having, along the outer peripheral surface of a tubular or a cylindrical rotating body disposed rotatably so that the axial direction thereof becomes horizontal, a supporting jig for placing a work thereon and a fixing arm for fixing the work on the supporting jig by elastically pressing the work placed on the supporting jig. The rotation of the rotating body is stopped at a specified position including a work machining position.
