PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winch attaching/detaching apparatus of a mobile crane which requires no separate crane in attaching/detaching a sub winch, and is excellent in attachment/detachment workability. SOLUTION: This winch attaching/detaching apparatus comprises a winch case having a winch drum, a reduction gear and a hydraulic motor in a box-like case, a winch connector which is arranged between a rear end of a turntable and the winch case, and capable of connecting the winch case to the rear end of the turntable, and a perpendicular cylinder which is fitted to the winch case and vertically moves the winch case between a vehicle frame and the rear end of the turntable through the expansion/contraction thereof.
