PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide capable of activating the cell-mediated immunity (CTL) more than the conventional one. SOLUTION: This peptide can activate a helper epitope-specific CD4-positive T cell, can activate the cell-mediated immunity (CTL) more than the conventional one, and can induce a strong and persistent immunological reaction by binding an MHC class II protein of an antigen-presenting cell.
