PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel being easily recycled due to a low cost and having soundproof and vibration-proof functions. SOLUTION: The panel is formed by using a laminated sheet 1 prepared by laminating two sheets of metal 2 and 3 each with a different thickness for a face to be used in the thickness direction.
