PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-ceramic bonded material having sufficiently high bonding strength and high function to keep the airtightness. SOLUTION: A metallic tube 3 and a ceramic tube 2 are bonded with each other at their butt ends through a soldering material fillet 5. The cross section of the soldering material fillet 5 has a form expanding from the metallic tube side toward the ceramic tube side. The angleαbetween the ceramic side bonding end face 6 and the tangential line L1 passing the outer edge point 8 of the ceramic side bonding end face 6 and tangent to the contour line 11 of the cross section of the soldering material fillet 5 is <=40 deg.. The distance d1 between the outer edge point 8 of the ceramic side bonding end face and the outer edge point 9 of the metal side bonding end face isι0.6 mm measured in the direction perpendicular to the axial line of the metallic tube 3 or the ceramic tube 2.
