<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-degree water treatment apparatus capable of enhancing ozone treatment efficiency by supplying ozone, which is generated by supplying oxygen to an ozone generator, to an ozone treatment tank and capable of also enhancing activated sludge treatment efficiency by efficiently utilizing ozone waste gas and a method for operating the same. SOLUTION: In the high-degree water treatment apparatus wherein an ozone treatment tank 13, which uses ozone generated from the ozone generator 15 using oxygen as a raw material, is provided on the downstream side of an oxygen activated sludge treatment tank 11, a waste ozone treatment device 16 for decomposing residual ozone in the ozone waste gas, which is discharged from the ozone treatment tank 13, to oxygen and a route 36 for supplying the gas led out of the waste ozone treatment device 16 to the oxygen activated sludge treatment apparatus 11 are provided.</p> |
