PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic product wherein various ceramic products which are full of variety can be very easily mass-produced. SOLUTION: A method for manufacture of a ceramic-made dish or the like comprises a process wherein a solid-core body 1 is molded by extruding a ceramic material by an extrusion molding means, and a process wherein the solid-core body 1 extruded from a mouth mold 4 of the extrusion molding means 5 is divided into a plurality of parts almost along an extruding direction by a cutting means 6.
