PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a chain running sound of a machine for treating a flat material to be printed. SOLUTION: In order to prevent running sounds of chains 4, 5 guided by rails 6 by circulating by operating the machine for treating the flat material to be printed, buffer coating materials 6, 5 disposed along the rails 6 and sandwiched between two clamping surfaces constituted on the rails 6 at least at the first clamping surface are disposed.
