PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive tool excellent in workability and stability, capable of polishing a polished surface D in a desired shape by simple operation, high in durability and capable of continuously polishing even using an end part. SOLUTION: This polisher is constituted by furnishing a rotatable rotating base plate part on a surface of which a polishing surface to hold a polishing material is provided, a plural number of movable base plate parts to hold the polishing material on its surface, provided on a peripheral edge of the rotating base plate part and provided with a polishing surface to revolve around a connecting line with the rotating base plate part as their axis and an energizing means to energize the polishing surfaces of the movable base plate parts in the direction to be the same flat surface relative to the polishing surface of the rotating base plate part.
