<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a mobile terminal equipment which is capable of coping with plural mobile radio communication systems, without the necessity of carrying plural mobile terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION: This equipment has a base band processing part 5 processing transmission and reception signals in a base band, a modulation-demodulation part 2 performing a modulation-demodulation processing in a RF band, a CPU 8 controlling the antenna for transmission and reception of a radio wave, the modulation-demodulation part and the base band processing part and controlling the communication with a base station and an IC card memory 14 storing the instruction code of the CPU for a specified mobile radio communication system and the parameters of the modulation-demodulation part and the base band processing part. A RAM 13 storing the instruction code and the parameter from the IC card memory and a ROW 12 storing the boot program transferring the code and parameter are included. In the instruction code, the CPU is operated and the parameters are initialized in the modulation-demodulation part and the base band processing part.</p> |
