PURPOSE: A textile and clothes with solid crease are provided, which have enough thermo-keeping property owing to attaching a non-woven fabric or a padding cotton having excellent thermo-keeping property on the inside, and are useful for clothes, a hat, a bag, shoes, a seat cover and so on. CONSTITUTION: The textile with solid crease is obtained by a process containing the steps of: laying an inner cover such as the non-woven fabric or the padding cotton shrunk by heat on an outer cover comprised of a synthetic fiber textile, a synthetic leather(polyurethane) or polypropylene film; stitching with water soluble vinyl yarn to unify; heating the inner cover and the outer cover in a heat furnace at 140-170deg.C for 1-3minutes, so shrinking the inner cover to form formless solid creases on the outer cover; heat-pressing the outer cover to set the creases; dipping the textile into warm water to remove the water soluble vinyl yarn, so separating the inner cover from the outer cover; and then adhering an adhesive non-woven fabric to one side of the outer cover.
