STATOR FOR AC GENERATOR

PURPOSE: To provide a stator for AC generator with eliminating a contact of jumper lead connecting part at the same address, heightening a corrosion resistance and insulation level, and improving easiness of its assembling and its productivity. CONSTITUTION: The stator winding is constituted of two groups of three phase winding assembly by connecting each winding for alternating current. The first winding group assembly consists of six first windings disposed in one slot pitch with each winding made in one turn by a strand 30 winding the strand in the slot 15a at every sixth slot alternately in the inside layer and the outside layer in the depth direction. The second winding group assembly consists of six second windings disposed in one slot pitch with each winding made in one turn by a strand 30 winding the strand in the reverse direction to the first winding shifting by 180 electrical degree. A jumper connection lead (C1-1) of each winding group assembly is disposed at eighth slot pitch.
