PURPOSE: A method for managing transmission of Internet banner advertisements is provided to increase the advertisement effectiveness by making advertisements outputted and displayed even at the time not using Internet. CONSTITUTION: Internet(10) connects an advertiser(13) and an Internet user(12) to an Internet advertisement agent(11). An Internet advertisement management program(16) to connect the advertiser(13) and the Internet user(12) with an Internet advertisement agent(11) calculates how much the user(12) watched advertisements, and reports it to the advertiser. The program(16) makes advertisements displayed on the user's work sheet even though he is not using Internet(10).
