PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel execution device capable of progressing lining working concerned with not only an arch part but also an invert part simultaneously with excavation working while securing vehicle passage and contributing to fast execution. SOLUTION: The tunnel execution device comprises an invert carriage 7 securing vehicle passage by straddling an invert (invert slab 1d) concerned with execution before and behind, a sheet carriage 8, a center 9, and a continuous belt conveyor 10 conveying excavated muck. The continuous belt conveyor 10 does not block the movement of the invert carriage 7, the sheet carriage 8 and the center 9, and passes the invert carriage part, the sheet carriage part and the center part.
