PURPOSE: A multi-purpose pillow is provided to maintain the neck stable by having a small size and to promote the health of a user by packing contents for irradiating infrared rays beneficial to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose pillow has a rectangular body cover made of pure cotton. The body has an inner box for packing contents, and the inner box is manufactured in the same manner as the cover. The contents in the inner box include buckwheat hulls, germanium, charcoal, elvan and the like. The pillow is curved in use to support neck bones of a user allowing the user to maintain a convenient posture. Various trouble of the user caused by bad postures are prevented by the convenient posture. The cover radiates infrared rays beneficial to the human body and has an antibiotic effect, and thereby allowing the user to promote the health while taking a rest.
