PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate retrieval system, with which property to go to watch sites can be narrowed into property suited to a request as little as possible and a real estate agent to help to find the real estate property can perform efficient business. SOLUTION: A real estate retrieval site S3 connected to a computer network N is provided with a real estate retrieval server S3a and a real estate register data base S3b and on the basis of the retrieval conditions of real estate property inputted to user terminal equipment T, the real estate retrieval server S3a reads the data of real estate property located within a retrieval area E set to these retrieval conditions out of the real estate register data base S3b on the basis of coordinate data and transmits them to the user terminal equipment T. Then, an icon I showing the position of this read real estate property is displayed on a map image displayed on the user terminal equipment T. |
