PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely impart emergency aviso to an emergency aviso opposite party in occurrence of an emergency such as an accident. SOLUTION: In an emergency aviso unit 2 mounted on a vehicle, a car telephone set 6a installed at the front part of the vehicle is connected to a car telephone set 6b installed at the rear part of the vehicle and a radio connection part 11 of a portable telephone set 7, brought into a compartment by a driver is connected wirelessly to a radio connection part 10. A control circuit 8 detects the occurrence of the emergency such as an accident base on signals from an acceleration sensor 3 and an emergency aviso switch 4 to impart emergency aviso to the emergency aviso opposite party by normally operating one among the sets 6a, 6b and 7. When there exist two emergency aviso opposite parties, the emergency aviso is simultaneously imparted by the normally operating telephone set.
