PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk changer which is capable of exactly preventing the inadvertent jumping out of a tray. SOLUTION: A disk changer 1 engages an engaging arm 22 with a engagement projecting part 33 of an objective tray 30 when the tray 30 mounted with the objective disk is carried up to a prescribed loading mechanism. A tray drawing-out arm 21 is moved while the tray 30 is held by the engaging arm 22, by which an engagement recessed part 32 of the objective tray 30 is disengaged by riding over a holding member 11 and the tray 30 is transported to the loading mechanism. At this time, a regulating member 23 moves together with the tray drawing-out arm 21 and stops in the position where the member abuts on a stopper 25. The engagement projecting part of the regulating member 23 abuts on the free end of the holding member 11, thereby regulating the elastic deformation of the holding member 11.
