PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional timing signal generating circuit being large in circuit scale, since many input phases are selected by using a phase selector circuit, etc., and hardly generates a high-precision timing signal due to phase error or jitters. SOLUTION: This phase composing circuit, which composes periodic timing waveforms CK and /CK having their phases controlled with a control signal on the basis of 3 out-of-phase input signals ϕ1 to ϕ4, is equipped with a weight signal generating means 51 which generates weights W1 to W4, corresponding to the control signal and a weighting means, so as to give the weights W1 to W4 of the positive or negative polarity to the input signal ϕ1 to ϕ4. |
