<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LAN network controller capable of dynamically controlling a band flexibly corresponding to the traffic state of a user. SOLUTION: When the entire traffic quantity of a packet passing through a network surpasses a threshold, each user information is analyzed from a database storing packet information, a band control system fitting the analysis results is selected to perform and release the band control.</p> |
