PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a vehicle time interval to an adjacent vehicle when a vehicle reaches a speed profile, and to accurately obtain the re- acceleration timing of the adjacent vehicle. SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit 2 for performing inter-vehicle control, a program storage device 3, a speed profile storage device 4, an inputted device 5, and a re-acceleration timing storage device 21 for storing a preliminarily calculated re-acceleration timing chart are connected with a system bus 1. First, bus bar positions at which the vehicle exists, for example, #3, #I, and #J are detected. Next, a timing 'TIJ' between the bus bars #I and #J and a timing 'T3J' between the bus bars #3 and #I are calculated from the re- correlation chart stored in the re-acceleration timing storage device 21. Moreover, the re-acceleration timing of the vehicle of the bus bar #J is defined by 'T=0', and the re-acceleration timing of the vehicle of the bus bar #I is defined by 'T=TIJ', and the re-acceleration timing of the vehicle of the bus bar #3 is defined by 'T=TIJ+T3J' from the calculated result.
