EAVES GUTTER DRAIN DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter drain device controlling an upward/downward motion of a water receiving container by means of a simple structure without requiring any electric power source. SOLUTION: The eaves gutter drain device is provided with a cord body 3 passing through the inside of an eaves gutter drain port 2 and a water receiving container 4 arranged in the lower part of the eaves gutter drain port 2 and connected to the cord body 3 lower end for receiving rainwater along the cord body 3. In drainage of rainwater from the eaves gutter drain port 2 toward the ground, the water receiving container 4 is lowered with the cord body 3 led outward, and the cord body 3 and the water receiving container 4 function together as a leader. In this eaves gutter drain device 1, an upward/ downward movement of the water receiving container 4 is controlled according to a balance between a total load including a load of rainwater accumulated in the water receiving container 4 and elastic resistance of the chord body based on an elastic body 5 arranged in the end part on the opposite side to the water receiving container 4.
