<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detecting grasp information of a customer carrying a portable phone or a PHS(R), who arrives a prescribed area and to transmit information to the customer by means of an electronic mail addressed to the portable phone or the PHS. SOLUTION: When an antenna receives a radio wave within a prescribed area detects a radio wave of the portable phone or the PHS, a contractor database is referenced by its telephone number and when a user of the portable phone or the PHS is a user, who has already made his application to the reception of service, the information of an information server and of the user is sent to the user and the information server with a method and contents when be already has come forward by means of an electronic mail.</p> |
