PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, an electromagnetic wave shield sheet excellent in electromagnetic wave shielding effect as well as a fabric and the like using it which protects a living body from electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield sheet comprising a combined material of softmagnetic powder and a polymer compound is fitted as a lining of a fabric used for clothes. With a metal film attached to the surface or a metal mesh provided in between, the electromagnetic wave shield sheet enhances the electromagnetic wave shielding effect as well.
