<p>The lock has a contactor (260) cooperating with a pawl or drive so that the contactor can take up at least two engaged positions. A first position when the lock is closed. that is when the pawl is retained in the bolt, and when the pawl is maintained away from a locking system in its first active position. A second non-retained position or rest position when the locking system is in its second unlocked position for signaling the open position . The automobile lock includes fork shaped bolt (230) designed to cooperate with a striking plate fixed to the chassis; a pawl (231) pivoting on a fixed axis which engages with the bolt. The pawl is designed to cooperate with at least a notch (236) in the bolt to prevent rotation of the bolt and to hold the striking plate in the bolt fork when the door lock is in the closed position. The pawl is designed to move from the bolt so as to allow it to rotate and free the bolt when the door lock is brought to the open position; A drive (232) fixed to the pawl and pivoting around the same axis, which has a V shaped slot (234) in it; an electric motor designed to drive rotating part (27) which supports a pin. The pin is designed to penetrate into the V slot (234) so as to pivot the drive (232) and the pawl in an opposite sense to a spring pull. The part continues to rotate at least until the drive escapes from the action of the pin. A device stops the motor after the drive is no longer affected by the pin action; a locking pin (240) which locks the pawl in a position away from the bolt so as to allow it to rotate. The pin is designed to take up a first active position which locks the pawl at the end of its pivot towards its bolt release position and to remain in this active position until the bolt pivots so as to free the striking plate. the locking system takes up a second position to release the pawl preferably at the end of the rotation of the bolt to its lock opening position.</p> |
