PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which surely prevents the occurrence of the problem that a gear transmission mechanism is destroyed or the main body side is locked in an electrophotographic device where a waste toner recovery container is equipped with a waste toner forcedly moving means for collecting waste toner generated during development by a driving force transmitted from the main body side even when the waste toner recovery container is full and the operation of the waste toner forcedly moving means stops. SOLUTION: A rotational force non-transmitting means is provided for not transmitting torque when driving force more than prescribed force is applied to a transmission system for transmitting rotary driving force of the main body side of an electrophotographic device to the waste toner forcedly moving means in the waste toner recovery container. A full load detecting means for the waste toner recovery container is provided near the waste toner inlet of the waste toner recovery container, and waste toner recovery is stopped by a full load signal detected by the full load detecting means for the waste toner recovery container after the operation of the torque non-transmitting means.
