<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic information recording medium which can prevent errors in the case of writing and reading the magnetic information due to static electricity and prevent problems of processing even when the magnetic information recording medium has an OVD(optical variable device) excellent in decorating property. SOLUTION: In the magnetic information recording medium 10 having a magnetic layer 12 in which magnetic information can be recorded, a hiding layer 13, and an OVD layer 14 on a recording substrate 11 having magnetic information, the hiding layer 13 consists of a thin film having no conductivity and a matted surface.</p> |
