<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management system preventing an electronic exchange from being overloaded in the case of collecting traffic counter contents in the electronic exchange. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a traffic counter processing part storing the traffic counter contents in the electronic exchange, a schedule table for scheduling processing performed by the traffic counter processing part, a schedule table preparation processing part which makes all entries of the schedule table have the meaning of a schedule time interval and equally allocates the processing identification of the traffic counter processing part to each entry, a collection periodic timer for start schedule table preparation in a prescribed time period, and a scheduling timer for starting scheduling starting the traffic counter processing part with processing identification registered in the schedule table and the scheduling part in a preliminarily defined time period.</p> |
