PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mount-type light-emitting display where resin or the like cannot adhere to an electrode terminal part for soldering to a circuit substrate or the like easily using an insulation substrate, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A plurality of emission parts for composing one portion of a display image such as each segment of a number are divided on a substrate 1 where a wiring pattern 1 is formed, and a light-shielding wall part 3 adheres to the substrate 1 so that an area on the plurality of emission parts becomes a light-guiding part 32 and light is shielded between adjacent emission parts. Then, an LED chip 2 is bonded onto each wiring pattern 11 in the light-guiding part 32. A light transmission resin package 4 is formed in the light-guiding part 32 and at the outer-periphery part of the light-shielding wall 3 by one-piece molding due to, for example, transfer mold. |
