PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device and a color image forming system by which an image can be formed even when all the toner units of four colors CMYK are not set. SOLUTION: A toner unit detection part 207 detects the set toner unit when power is supplied to a printer device 200 or when the cover for changing a toner unit of the device 200 is opened or closed. The device 200 compares the set toner unit with data inputted from a host device 100 and decides the toner unit to be used in the case of forming the image. |
