PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a transmission source about position information of a destination user, when a user processing a mobile station unit receives an incoming call when the user is resident in a mobile object, such as a train in a service area of a base station unit. SOLUTION: A wireless communication unit 105, installed in a train 104 and provided with a mobile block information generator 107 generating mobile position information detects mobile position information, transmits a position information identifier corresponding to the detected mobile position information to a mobile station 103, the mobile station 103 stores the position information identifier that is overwritten sequentially, transmits the stored position information identifier with call tone information to an exchange control station 101 via a base station 102 at the arrival of an incoming call, and the exchange control station 101 informs the sender unit about a reply message informing the position information of the destination mobile station 103 corresponding to the position information identifier.
