PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order reception and ordering system which uses a communication network easy for users to use. SOLUTION: This article providing system consists of article providers which provide articles, distribution bases for distributing the articles, and a center which receives orders from users. The distribution bases are specified by area blocks in the service area. The center receives an order form a user in the service area, inputs user information, an article name, and a quantity at the time of ordering, and determines a distribution base which can distribute the article according to the inputted user information. Data regarding order-received articles are stored in a storage means, ordered articles are ordered from the article providers according to the data, and distribution information on the order-received articles is sent to the distribution base. |
