PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and inexpensive lifting device for a liquid pumping-up pipe inside installing type pump damaging no wire, cable, and fixing jig even if rotation by a twist return of the wire is caused. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 15 is arranged in a fixing jig installing part of a main wire 8 to be formed as a structure of not rotating the fixing jig even if the main wire 8 rotates by the twist return. Thus, since the lifting device itself is constituted so as not to rotate by the ball bearing 15 by freely rotating the main wore 8 even if the twist return is caused in the main wire 8, there is no need form a rotation stopping rail in a liquid pumping-up pipe and use an expensive wire by combining an S twist and a Z twist, so that entanglement of the wire and the cable can be prevented.
