PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for tie which is mounted to a steel pipe pile and capable of enhancing ecomomics, construction properties and quality. SOLUTION: A horizontal ring stiffener 12, vertical stiffener 13 and an end plate 14 are capable of being shop welded to a steel plate 11 which is bent at an inside radius equal to the outside radius of the steel pipe pile 3.
