PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum generator capable of effectively controlling a degree of vacuum with the simple constitution and a powder delivery device capable of effectively controlling a delivery quantity of powder. SOLUTION: A compressed air supply passage 110, an air flow passage 120, a confluent part 130 and a delivery passage 140 are provided in a block body 100. Air from the air flow passage 120 is rolled in by supplying compressed air to the compressed air passage 110 to be delivered from the delivery passage 140 to control a sealed vessel in a vacuum. The delivery passage 140 can adjust an arrival degree of vacuum by performing evacuating work by installing a delivery nozzle in a delivery nozzle installing hole 140A by selecting the deliver nozzle 142 different in a dimension. The powder delivery device is constituted by arranging a flow passage of the powder instead of the air flow passage 120. The delivery passage 140 can adjust the delivery quantity by performing delivery work by selecting the delivery nozzle 142 different in a dimension.
