<p>The invention concerns a method for trapping NOx in gas treatment to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions. The method is characterised in that it consists in using a mass catalyst based on an oxide of formula (1): AxMn1-yByO2±δ wherein: A represents one or several elements selected from groups IA, IIA, IIIA of the periodic table; B is a metal selected among tin and elements of groups IVA to IIIB of the periodic table; x and y having the following values: 0.16 ≤ x ≤ 1 and 0 ≤ y < 0.5, the oxide having a laminar crystallographic or tunnel structure.</p> |
