PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article conveying device capable of executing the complex operation of a holding member holding an article with a simple structure in comparison with a conventional technique, and simultaneously operating a continuous transferring means, an intermittent transferring means and a rotational transferring means at all times regardless of the change of a conveying speed as these means are driven by the common driving. SOLUTION: In this article conveying device, a rotary transferring means 5 comprises plural holding members 4 holding the specific number of articles 1, plural concentrically mounted rotary shaft members 11, 13, 15 for moving each holding member 4 in its rotating direction, and a cam mechanism 44 for rotating and driving the rotary shaft members, the cam mechanism 44 comprises a plate cam 46, 47 connected to an input shaft 45, a driven rotary body 49 provided with plural cam rollers 50, 51 mounted in the circumferential direction at equal intervals and driven by the rotation of the plate cam by successively bringing the cam rollers into contact with a cam face of the plate cam, and an output shaft 48 connected to the driven rotator, plural driven rotators are arranged on an outer periphery of the plate cam at equal intervals in the rotating direction, and the rotary shaft members are respectively connected corresponding the output shafts of the driven rotators.
