PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for automobile fender capable of providing an automobile fender having excellent vibration-damping properties, sound insulating properties and flexibility and excellent moldability and economic advantage. SOLUTION: This resin composition for an automobile fender is obtained by melting and compounding a mixture comprising 0.02-0.08 pt.wt. of a molecular weight-lowering agent based on 100 pts.wt of the total of (A) 25-45 pts.wt. of ethylene/propylene random copolymer having 2.0% to 5.0% ethylene content, (B) 30-40 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, (C) 5-20 pts.wt. of a styrene/ethylene/ propylene block copolymer rubber and (D) an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber in an amount of 25-35 pts.wt. of the total of the component C and the component D.
