PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for toilet bowl users, which can be hidden out of toilet users' attention and securely detects a toilet user who stands at a appropriate position as a user and neglects people who are not users and users' baggage and so on. SOLUTION: An impulse radar which transmits and receives impulse electromagnetic waves is settles behind a toilet bowl, bathroom wall or something else which are made of ceramic, resin material or else. This detector transmits and receives impulse electromagnetic waves passing through the toilet or the room wall and so on toward users and from them.
