PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish bank block having a low cost constitution and capable of surely and quickly obtaining a high fish luring effect and a fish bank. SOLUTION: This fish bank block comprises installing plural pillar state bodies 1, 1,... as riding between plural side frame bodies 2, 2 positioned as opposing at a prescribed interval 10, with a prescribed gap between the pillars in an almost parallel state, and making an inside area surrounded by the plural pillar like bodies 1, 1... and the above plural side frame bodies 2, 2 as a fish habitat area 11. By the fish bank block having such constitution, it is possible to constitute the fish bank block as small type and having a light weight as compared with the conventional fish bank block constructed e.g. by setting up wasted concrete electric poles in a shape of parallel crosses by plural stages or installing such concrete electric poles as standing, the handling such as its conveyance becomes easier and the construction of the fish bank by installing the above fish bank blocks becomes simpler to realize it at a low cost.
