PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method for circuit elements which permits a shorter time for connecting a terminal and a terminal post for circuit elements and eliminates troublesome setting up and regulation of both electric current and voltage. SOLUTION: A terminal 2 made from a metallic plate is firmly fixed to the substrate body 1a consisting of electrically insulated materials whereon a terminal post insertion hole 2a is built. When the terminal 2 is connected with the terminal post 3a, the substrate 1 is so located that the hole section 1b of the substrate body 1 is press-inserted into the receptacle section 4a of the counter punch 4 and the terminal 3a of the electrical resistance 3 (circuit element) is inserted into the terminal insertion hole 2. Then the vicinity portion of the terminal insertion hole 2a in the terminal 2 is crushed by the punch 5 for crushing use which is pressed and shifted to the direction indicated by arrows whereon the terminal insertion hole 2a portion causes plastic deformation, whereby the terminal 2 and the terminal post 3a are connected mechanically and electrically. |
