PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material made of only a thermoplastic resin film, to which ink permeating openings can be bored without enlarging the output of a thermal head. SOLUTION: This heat sensitive stencil printing plate material is made of a thermoplastic resin film 12 having a predetermined thickness. On one side of the film 12, a large number of fine recessed parts 14 are formed. One example of the fine recessed part is a small through hole so small that no ink is allowed to pass through. In this case, the opening diameter on one side of the film is made larger than that on its other side. Another example of the fine recessed part 14 is a depressed part, which is made into a thin-walled part formed by locally decreasing the thickness of the film. |
