PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC chip storage tray for storing an IC chip having a recess on a side face wherein the IC chip is reliably free from movement in a housing and the IC chip is not damaged during transportation of the tray. SOLUTION: The tray for receiving the IC chip having the recess on the side face comprises a planar tray formed with an appropriate number of housing formed of a recess which is molded by being surrounded by side faces and a bottom and an appropriate number of locks which are formed to protrude from the side face of the housing corresponding to the recess formed on the IC chip.
