PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide O/W/O type emulsified cosmetic excellent in feeling in use (easy spreading, free from stickiness), emollient effect, and storage stability. SOLUTION: The O/W/O type emulsified cosmetic is obtained from an O/W type emulsion dispersed in an oil component containing a silicone surfactant. The O/W type emulsion contains a nonionic surfactant, an oil and water, and is prepared by the phase inversion temperature emulsification method.
