PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam glass whereby reuse of waste concrete or waste glass can be actualized, and reuse of waste tile and/or waste pottery can further be actualized. SOLUTION: This foam glass is mode using waste glass as glass powder material and waste concrete is added together with foaming agent. As additives besides waste concrete, waste tile and/or waste pottery can also be used.
