QUICK-SETTING CONCRETE FOR PRELINING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a quick-setting concrete for prelining with features that mixing property is improved, the development of strength is controlled within short range, and nondistrtion time is ensured and adjustable. SOLUTION: A quick-setting concrete is manufactured by mixing a quick- setting agent containing cement, calcium aluminate and calcium sulfate with a liquid coagulation moderator containing alkaline metal carbonate and organic acids. Then the concrete is transported under pressure to a construction site through the pipe. Then the quick-setting concrete is prepared by mixing the quick-setting concrete with quick-setting liquid of 25-45 wt.% solid content on the working place.
