PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine in which free medical treatment balance is improved and an effective whole body massage can be given by conforming the movement cycle of a massage to the upper and lower half parts of the body. SOLUTION: The massage machine having an upper side massage unit 30 giving a massage to the upper half part of the body of a person treated gratuitously and a lower side massage unit 85 giving a massage to the lower half part of the body in which the upper side unit 30 has a touch and detachment means 50 widening or narrowing the interval of a pair of free medial treatment fingers 40 and 40 and a reciprocating means 20 reciprocating the free medial treatment fingers 40 and 40 in a longitudinal direction of a rear stopper 13 and in which the lower side unit 85 has a vibration means 88 giving a vibration massage to the lower half part of the body of a person treated gratuitously, wherein a control means 70 controlling the movement of both the units 30 and 85 is included and the control means 70 controls so as to conform the movement cycle of the free medical treatment fingers 40 and 40 by the touch and detachment means 50 of the upper side unit 30 and/or the reciprocating means 20 to that of the vibration means 88 of the lower side unit 85.
